Packages available:
One
Month
Mindset Package:
1 month - 4 sessions 1 hour each - In
one month, addressing a specific issue of your choice. Excellent for
getting unstuck, or when you need a little nudge or shift in perspective. We
often call these Laser sessions as they are very focused to get the most
change in the short period of time. You
will have assignments, and we will focus like a laser on a single topic in
order make confident bold steps toward your goal.
Silver Package:
2 sessions per month 1 hour
each plus unlimited email support. In 2 sessions a month over 3
months coupled with the unlimited email support we will utilize directed
assignments and self discovery. You will do some powerful unearthing of
beliefs, motivations, and values. You
will challenge your mindset, question your perspectives and take assertive
strides on your path to your future.
Gold Package:
4 sessions per month 1 hour
each plus unlimited email support - over the 3 months, identifying core
issues, understanding your behavior or belief around that issue, and
building a compelling plan of action to shift your mindset and set you
confidently on your new path.
Platinum Package: (12 sessions, 1 comprehensive Assessment, 1 Report, unlimited email
access)
4 sessions per month 1 hour
each
1 Comprehensive Assessment (Life Assessment, Health Assessment, or
Parenting Assessments)
1 Report detailing all indicated findings and recommendations
Directed focus on personalized plan of action
Email support including follow-up, motivation and question/answer
